Go Together, Go Further: Celebrating Braven’s Volunteers

Braven is built on a strong foundation of talented students, employer partners, volunteers, and staff. To celebrate National Volunteer Month, we want to highlight our volunteers—Leadership Coaches, Mock Interviewers, and Professional Mentors—and how they all play an important role in Braven’s success. In fact, more than 550 professionals have volunteered with Braven this year alone!
You may have heard about the Braven Leadership Coaches, as they are the principal facilitators of the Braven Accelerator course. But, our Braven’s Professional Mentor volunteers and Mock Interviewers also impact the career development of our Fellows.
We match our Professional Mentors with recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are interested in entering the same career field. They meet virtually every week for one hour over the course of 15 weeks to help students navigate their job search and application process.
87% of Professional Mentors agree that being a PM for Braven was worth the time invested.
