The Braven Accelerator Course is a vibrant learning experience that gives you the roadmap and tools to channel your ambition and hard work. You’ll work with a Leadership Coach, and a cohort of peers as you partake in activities that build your leadership and career readiness.

  • Fine-tune your resume and cover letter, and practice interviewing.
  • Hone competencies sought by today’s top employers, including: working in teams, leadership, problem-solving, networking and communicating, and operating and managing.
  • Grow your network on campus and professionally.

The Braven Accelerator Course Components

Weekly Learning Labs

Meet with your coach and small group, or cohort, once a week and engage in skill-building simulations, practice, and experiences.

Ongoing Coaching

Work with your Leadership Coach toward your long-term goals.

Braven Online

Learn at your own pace through completing weekly 90-120 minute online modules.

Portfolio Building Assignments

Complete three projects that will set you up to apply for a job or internship.

Team-based Challenge

Put into practice everything you’ve learned when you solve a real-world challenge and build your record of achievement.

Special Events

Experience dynamic events, such as a Storytelling as Leadership Workshop, mock interviews, and the Live Your Legacy Celebration.
